Description: Trying to understand the information channelling through me—as if my hands are speaking in tongues, the oil sticks gliding over the paper, igniting an arousal that courses electric through my veins. So much is happening; the surge of energy won't let me stop, as if pausing might unravel me entirely, leaving me to die in the hush. This painting stands as a testament to the processes psychologists unravel, mirroring my own raw personal odyssey. Sometimes, what I'm taking in—or expelling from deep within—is meant only for me to feel, a private alchemy of the soul. This piece is a selfish act of sharing: a glimpse into a cognitive style that enhances problem-solving, creativity, and memory by tapping the brain's innate power to interpret visual data. It draws on skills like spatial visualization and object visualization, where the mind's eye becomes both map and mirror.
