Choose from a Raw Scan TIFF, Raw Scan with Signature Removal, or our Print-Ready File service, which includes professional colour matching.

2. Bring Your Artwork to Gallery 8

Deliver your original artwork to our Southport studio for professional high-resolution scanning.

We use our specialised SMA VersaScan large-format flatbed scanner to capture fine detail, colour and texture at up to 600 DPI.

Please ensure your artwork is dry, clean and ready for scanning. If your artwork is framed, mounted or requires special handling, let us know before delivery.

3. Scanning & Turnaround

Once we receive your artwork and confirm your order, our team will begin the scanning process.

Your artwork is professionally scanned to produce a high-resolution digital TIFF file. Depending on your selected service, we can also remove signatures, prepare your file for fine art reproduction and perform colour matching against the original artwork.

Turnaround times depend on our current workload, artwork size and the level of digital preparation required. We will advise you of the expected completion date when confirming your order.

4. Completion & File Delivery

Once your scan is complete, we will notify you that your digital files are ready.

Your high-resolution TIFF files can be supplied digitally or transferred to a suitable USB drive.

Your original artwork will be available for collection from Gallery 8.

If you have selected our Print-Ready File service, your artwork will be prepared for high-quality reproduction on our archival fine art papers and canvas.
