• Avoid holding large amounts of print stock

• Access professional artwork scanning and reproduction support

• Be included in Gallery 8 print drops, artist features and promotional opportunities

Inside this members area, you can access the key steps required to prepare your artwork for the Gallery 8 Fine Art Prints platform.

You will be able to:

• Submit your artist profile details

• Upload your artist bio and profile image

• Submit artwork details for print consideration

• Review print-on-demand information

• Understand production costs, commission and artist payouts

• Complete the Gallery 8 Artist Agreement

Step 1 — Submit Your Artist Details
Complete your artist profile form so we can create or update your Gallery 8 artist listing.

Step 2 — Submit Your Artwork
Provide the title, size, medium, price and image of each artwork you would like considered for fine art prints.

Step 3 — Review & Approval
Gallery 8 will review the submitted artwork and confirm whether it is suitable for scanning, digitisation and print reproduction.

Step 4 — Artist Agreement
Before any artwork is listed, scanned, printed or reproduced, you will be asked to complete the Gallery 8 Artist Agreement.

Step 5 — Print Listing
Approved artworks may be added to the Gallery 8 Fine Art Prints platform as limited-edition prints, open-edition prints or approved print-on-demand products.
