How Our Artwork Drop Shipping Works
1. Submit Your Order
Send us your print-ready artwork file along with the required print size, material, finish and delivery details.
Choose from archival Cotton Rag paper, premium fine art canvas, stretched canvas or custom float framing.
2. We Print
Your artwork is professionally printed in-house using our Epson fine art printing equipment and premium archival materials.
Where required, we can hand-stretch your canvas, manufacture a custom timber float frame or prepare your artwork for presentation.
3. Professional Packaging & Handling
Every artwork is assessed according to its size, weight, surface and presentation requirements.
We carefully package your order using appropriate protective materials to help minimise the risk of movement, surface damage and impact during transit.
4. Dispatch Directly to Your Customer
Once completed, your artwork can be dispatched directly to your customer in Australia or internationally, subject to delivery availability and freight requirements.
We arrange suitable shipping and provide tracking details when available.

Rolled Fine Art Prints & Canvas
Rolled artworks are protected using suitable wrapping and sturdy mailing tubes, helping protect the printed surface during transit.
Fine Art Paper Prints
Paper prints are packaged with suitable protective sleeves, backing boards or rigid mailers, depending on their dimensions and presentation requirements.
Stretched Canvas Artwork
Stretched canvases are prepared with protective wrapping, corner protection and suitable outer packaging to help minimise damage during handling and transport.
Custom Framed Artwork
Framed artworks receive additional protective packaging, including corner protection and reinforced cartons where appropriate. Larger or fragile works may require specialist packaging or freight arrangements.

For large, framed or delicate artworks, we recommend requesting a shipping quote before confirming the sale with your customer.
Australia-Wide & International Delivery
Gallery 8 arranges artwork shipping throughout Australia, with international delivery available for suitable orders.
We work with appropriate delivery providers based on the dimensions, value and destination of each artwork.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and local clearance charges. These are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.
Courier transit times vary by destination and service. Production and packaging times are additional.
